Community Access

Assisting participants to participate in group-based community, social and recreational activities.

Group / Centre Based Activities

This is to promote socialisation while offering both worker facilitated and self-directed capacity building activities.

Transport Support

Orison Care enables participants to access disability supports outside their home, and to pay for transport that helps them to achieve the goals in their plan.

Household Tasks

Assistance with household tasks enables participants to maintain their home environment. This may involve undertaking essential household tasks that the participant is not able to undertake.

Assist Personal Assistance

It covers support with everyday personal activities that assist participants to live as independently as possible at home and in the community.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

This includes assistance with and/or supervising tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing, with a focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as autonomously as possible.

Development-Life Skills

Development of daily living and life skills focuses on training and development activities undertaken by the participant or their carer to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible, including supports that will enhance the ability of the participant to travel and use public transport independently

Support Coordination

The provision of Support Coordination within a specialist framework necessitated by specific high-level risks in the participant’s situation. Support coordination is time limited and focuses on addressing barriers and reducing complexity in the support environment, while assisting the participant to connect with supports and build capacity and resilience.
